18 hours ago18 hr I've been flying the new WT/iniBuilds Boeing 707 a lot lately, and I like it a lot. One big issue, though: there are a bunch of missing windows on the starboard-side fuselage, behind the R1 door. I'm not sure where the team got their references for this, but I haven't been able to find any real-world pictures of any 707s that have the windows configured this way, not even Combis - they either have all of the windows, or they're mostly plugged.Screenshot (the area in the white circle is roughly where there should be windows):A couple of real-world images to compare to (Pan Am is a -320B, Aer Lingus is a -320C): Edited 15 hours ago15 hr by zbrainlezz

The 707 we developed in collaboration with Working Title and Asobo/Microsoft is based on the “Combi” version of the 707.Hope this helps! Thanks! Kyle - Community Manager iniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
2 hours ago2 hr Hello! Seconding zbrainlezz's comment, and still feeling a bit confused...Are there any historical references that show a 707-320C/combi with this particular asymmetric window configuration — windows forward of the wing leading edge on the left side only?I've done some fairly deep searching online, including through the Boeing photo archives, and haven't been able to find a real-world airframe with this configuration. The historical -320C references I've found seem to indicate a different arrangement.I'd be very interested to know what reference material the art team used for this configuration. If there is a historical example, I'd love to see it. If not, and this doesn't correspond to an actual 707-320C configuration, it would be great to see the model updated for historical accuracy.Thank you for all you do — this is a fantastic addon. Keep up the great work. Reference images: Left & Right side of EI-ASN, a 707 Combi:Note windows go from the leading edge all the way to the right front doorLeft & Right side of N790PA, also a 707 Combi:Same window situation here

I’ve attached some photos for reference as well.Hope this helps, and thanks again! Kyle - Community Manager iniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
1 hour ago1 hr Appreciate the quick reply — helpful to see! Perhaps an update to the normal maps could make it clear the windows are just plugged in the front. I'll be working on that! Would of course love to see an updated version that has windows down the right side, but totally understand if that isn't possible. Thanks so much.

Thanks so much.As much as we’d love to do that, ultimately, the decision comes down to Microsoft/Asobo. You could always bring it up with them on their official forums and see what they have to say! Thanks! Kyle - Community Manager iniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com

I haven't seen another one, and I've been looking for a good bit.

If you’d like to see other variants represented in the future, I’d suggest bringing it up on the official MSFS forums.Thank you! Kyle - Community Manager iniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
