5 hours ago5 hr You mean CTD? Then please review the crash log in the Windows Event Log and surrounding log messages +/- 1 minute around the crash in ALL LOG CATEGORIES in Windows. Since there are hundreds of log categories in Windows, I recommend using a tool collecting all log entries and sorting them chronological, like the FullEventLogViewer. Otherwise it will take you hours to sort our all relevant log entries.
