Without further explanation, this sounds like there could potentially be an issue with a key binding. Were you at your computer when this occurred? If so, do you remember whether you were pressing any keys or using any of your peripherals at the time?

i don´t now. i was away from the pc, after 2 or 3 hours, the plane was un auto pilot.

no. i use Fs realistic and Chase Plane

It just happened to me again, with the latest update and with Fsrealistic disabled. Screens off, engines off, but the internal and external lights on, and the plane is losing altitude.

This definitely sounds like it could be some type of keybind conflict. I would recommend reviewing your keyboard and joystick settings to ensure there aren't any conflicting bindings or inputs interacting with the sim when they shouldn't be.
