AP struggling to maintain altitude in turns

Following up on a post from April where a user was having the same problem I encountered last night going into LGA (latest TriStar version):

From their words:
"ALT CAP / HOLD is completely unreliable. The A/P busts the selected Altitude ( especially when it tries to capture the Altitude during turns ) by up to 700ft, which would be a significant LEVEL/ALT Bust in real life. Furthermore, what happens when Flaps are extended, the A/P will start to allow a climb from the selected and captured Altitude at a considerable rate, busting the selected Altitude again by up to 700ft."

I am still experiencing this same issue. I was having the autopilot hold 3000ft while selecting flaps and it ballooned up 500ft. This was on a few occasions at different altitudes on the way down. Also, throughout cruise and in some instances during the descent where I had level offs, the AP would struggle to maintain altitude when a turn was commanded. In most events it was only roughly 100ft or so.

I'm planning on doing another flight tonight and I'll try and get some videos of incase that would be of help.

Also, this is probably performance related, but sometimes I encounter an issue where latching/unlatching buttons or clicking switches doesn't do anything for a 30 second period or so. Basically just left-clicking something on the FE panel at a random time will stop working, or a light switch of sorts like the logo light would be something I can't interact with. Like I said, it might be perf related, but it didn't seem like a WASM softcrash or anything. Curious if there's any other evidence I could gather to help narrow that one down.
