Cannot Fetch Simbrief flight plan

Hi,

I am unable to pull the Simbrief flight plan. The systems stays stuck on "PENDING"... Please see below.

I have my Simbrief Pilot ID in the EFB as well as here and I am on the SEC flight plan. What am I doing wrong?
