Absolutely dreadful performance on Xbox

Featured Replies

I saw the livestream from A330 Driver where he talked about microstutters. Therefore, I already had a bad feeling buying the A220. But I thought "hey, how bad could it be?"

Boy, oh boy - was I naive: The A220 is not usable. At all. It is as simply as that. The stutters and lags are so severe, it is beyond describable. In the ITA Airways livery in Linate (not even. a handcrafted airport), I had frame rates that feel like single digits. Low single digits.

Guys, honestly. How can you release a addon in this state? Come on! You didn´t even test it ONCE on Xbox, did you? Or you did and simply do not care? I honestly do not know what option would be worse ...

It would have been sad not to have the A220 on console - which seems to be an amazing product on PC from what youtube tells - but at least I would have saved 70 Euros!

This needs a HOTFIX optimizing the performance on consoles - ASAP!!!

Hello,

The team is aware of these issues and working on a fix, current iterations suffer from an issue where the ROUTE page being open causes performance degradation. The fix which was unable to make it in time for launch is planned for Thursday. Thank you for understanding

I am also having serious performance issues with the 220 on Xbox. That said, it does look great and I am super excited to use it when the bugs are worked out. I am sure like anything thats brand new it will be working much better in the upcoming weeks.
