Passenger Variants Missing in MSFS 2024 Marketplace Version

Featured Replies

Hello,

I am experiencing the same issue with the iniBuilds A340 for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

I purchased the aircraft from the MSFS 2024 Marketplace through Steam. After installation, I noticed that the two standard Passenger variants (EIS1 and EIS2) are completely missing from the aircraft selection menu.

The only variants available are the VIP and Preighter versions. The Passenger variants do not appear anywhere in the list.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

- Completely uninstalled the aircraft from the Content Manager.

- Downloaded and installed it again.

- Confirmed that there are no available updates.

- Restarted the simulator after reinstalling.

Unfortunately, the issue remains exactly the same.

Could you please confirm whether this is a known issue with the Marketplace version of the aircraft? If so, is there a workaround or an upcoming fix? If this is not expected behavior, I would appreciate any guidance on how to restore the missing Passenger variants.

Hello, the differing variants of the A340 should be found once you pick an aircraft and configure it, just to verify you don't have any external mods or liveries that could be affecting the aircraft.

If you can, create an isolated community folder with just the A340 in it, no liveries or mods, and then launch the sim

You can create a second community folder by simply renaming your current one "Community1 or OldCommunity" and then the new folder with just the A340 in it as "Community"

Let me know if this helps.
