June 11Jun 11 Inimanager, which was working fine up unitl recently, has just refused to open. I did install a windows update earlier today, not sure if something there busted it?... So i started by uninstalling then installing from the website, but when i uninstalled it from the app list, it didnt run an un-installer of any kind, it just vanished from list which i thought was weird, but then the new file wouldnt run either, so i couldnt reinstall. I then tried redownloading the install file, nothing changed. Also tried an app called revo uninstall, which gets rid of all associated files to an app which removed bunch of stuff from appdata/roaming and appdata/local, every trace of the program, i also manually looked, also deleted everything in comm folder, then restarted PC and still wont install. The logo flashes up for a split second and goes away. A few files re-appear in Revo after this process, but even after clearing them again, still does the same. Also i dont have an antivirus, just defender.I then just went contact customer support, and when i press send, it says "There was a problem processing your request", even after refreshing page. So no customer support either. according to many posts doesnt seems to be uncommon, some as old as 3 years ago? one person even said they had it after a fresh install of windowsAnyone have this and fix it, or know of a solution?
June 12Jun 12 Author Further info, i rolled back the windows update, but still doesn't launch. I also tried launching in compatability mode, but didnt work, the inibuild logo shows for 0.5sec longer, but otherwise dead.Customer service still isnt working.Pretty frustrating, ive spend hundreds with them and cant get any support, nor use my products. Being able to get downloads from the website, in situations like this, where the launcher fails, would be better in my opinion, especially since the launcher has many issues if you look online. Even the discord only appears to have "community support"
June 12Jun 12 Author EDIT: I guess firefox browser isnt supported with customer service, using edge allowed me to message them
June 13Jun 13 Author So after switching browsers and contacting support, he suggested i had broken dependencies, which once i downloaded them, the app started. Not sure where they went cuz the program worked fine before, but, glad to be back flying again. The 2 dependencies were latest Dot Net sdk https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/downloadand, VC redist https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170Hope this helps someone in the future

But despite the installation of those .NET packages, my IniManager is still not running. I can see that it is loading, but then it closes right after.

I got a pretty quick response from customer service, and they got me sorted, so might pay to raise a ticket with them. Sorry couldn't be more help
