May 6May 6 The EFB is now flashing "Simulation Paused" in Red letters every few seconds in some circumstances. This only appeared after MSFS24 sim update 5 this last week, it seemed to be working perfectly before. Any one else experiencing this or any suggestions.Thanks.
May 6May 6 I got it yesterday during a flight between LFMN and LFPGI got other strange things like the emergency slides appearing while I just wanted to open the doors for the jetwaysLast but not least, the SIMBRIEF informations for the fuel (so the weight) were not goodI am in FS2024 SU5 ...
May 6May 6 I had the same issue happening in every flight i did with the A350. Worst part is after a while the aircraft becomes uncontrollable and start behaving having an eratic behavior.SU 5 aswell, no issue before.
May 6May 6 Staff This issue is known; It’s a cue to let the user know the sim is paused but since SU5 we’re seeing it trigger more when the system is under strain during loading or complex calculations as well as when there is diminished perf.
May 7May 7 Author Ok thank you for your response and acknowledgement.I'm hoping then it may be resolved in an update in the near future.
May 11May 11 There’s an ongoing thread on the MSFS forums about general stuttering in SU5. One of the suggested solutions was disabling DLSS Frame Generation and switching to FSR 3 (I’m on an RTX 5080).So, I did the same, and in addition to making the sim smooth in general and the A350 in particular, I had the 'Simulation paused' message appear only once for a fraction of a second during several hours of various flights! Otherwise, the A350 was running silky smooth! Truly impressive performance considering the complexity of the aircraft! And this was after several flights in a row on Ultra settings over highly detailed areas like the Alps - places where the message used to appear constantly with DLSS Frame Generation, particularly during approach. I hope this information proves helpful for the iniBuilds team!P.S. And thank you for the A350, it’s my favorite aircraft in the entire sim. The textures, modelling, sound, animations, systems, and performance (especially after switching to FSR) are all top-notch. You’ve done a fantastic job, and it keeps getting better with every update.
