Having an issue with KLAX performance

I running a RTX5080 w/9950X3D CPU, 64GB and KLAX v1.0.2 is stuttering like crazy. Seems this starts as soon as I enter the approach phase. No issues with any other sceneries.

Is there anything I can do to stop the stutters?
