A310 MRTT Fuel Management Question

Trying to figure out fuel management to transfer fuel into the center tank for air refueling operations. There is no fuel in the ACT, just in the inboard and outboard thanks. How do I transfer fuel into the ACT or center tank.

Please take a look at our MRTT video, I have a highlighted a section going through the fuel system on the MRTT.
