Such as title At the bottom of the A300 purchase page, I see a passenger add-on package, but I found no passengers after downloading the A300, so I want to ask where I can get the passenger add-on package / how to activate the passenger add-on package!!!

When you download the files, there are two aircraft included in the zip. 

iniSimulations A300-600R(F) v1.13 – Freighter

iniSimulations A300-600R(F) v1.13 - Passenger

I think, he thinks the add-on package is a bunch of passengers for the passengers version.
