Custom made GSX profile - at least a stop gap fix until a better official version is released !

Attached here is a custom mad GSX profile.

It fixes the various Door positions, Refueling, Lavatory, and GPU points.

It also uses the "Custom refuel system" - meaning that on loading the L-1011, set fuel to a low values, like 10% in the PFB, then call the Fuel truck.

When the Fuel truck arrives and ask You to set Fuel qty, enter the required qty in the PFB.
