Certain PFB pages cause massive FPS drop

Cetain pages in the PFB cause a massive FPS drop and almost doubles the Graphics Queue response times. This low fps remains as long as the page is open, even if the PFB is hidden.     Thank you for finding this.  The FO defaults to W/B page and I would normally just close it.  But after swapping to another page (route map) and closing it, got 10 FPS back! 

    Otherwise the plane was a stuttering mess.
