MinaZakhary Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago (edited) Just got the A350 for MSFS2024, and I've been struggling to start my first flight with it as I'm unable to properly upload my simbrief flight plan. I correctly put my ID in the third party integrations, downloaded the terrain data, linked my Navigraph account and ensured that the latest AIRAC is being used for all - the sim itself, simbrief, and the A350 - and I restarted the sim multiple times. The OIS/EFB is able to load the plan just fine and show the OFP - so I know that the simbrief integration is working and my user id is correct - however when I press on CPNY F-PLN REQUEST to goes to pending, then back again to CPNY F-PLN request. Things I've tried: Restart the flight Restart the sim Clear the WASM folder Clear the sim rolling cache Update FSUIPC Uninstall FSUIPC completely Try a different route Try a different airport Generate the flight plan using the OIS None of them seem to work. I'm on the latest version, 1.2.4. I saw multiple threads regarding this issue already, tried all the suggestions, but no one seem to have mentioned a fix on any of them. Any ideas? Edit: Also tried using SEC2 and SEC3 and swapping, but the flight plan also never loads after "PENDING" Cleared out my SimBrief ID and re-typed it using the on screen keyboard Switched from Navigraph to Sim Data and back Ensured that I am running the sim as Admin Video of what's happening: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KG5MbRnRpX2_OruzqRUUHXbRg2LjMPkF/view Edited 10 hours ago by MinaZakhary adding more info, things I tried, and video
BoeingSpeedbird Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago (edited) Are you starting at gate? Try from Sec 2 to download company flight plan request then swap to active. Edited 11 hours ago by BoeingSpeedbird

MinaZakhary Posted 10 hours ago Author Posted 10 hours ago I also cleared out the community folder, just left the a350 in there, and still facing the same issue.
BoeingSpeedbird Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago The departure button on the INIT page is also greyed out. Are the IRS fully aligned (instant) and does the aircraft have sufficient power?

Are the IRS fully aligned (instant) and does the aircraft have sufficient power? IRS fully aligned, tested with instant and fast, and the aircraft is fully powered up (all batteries + both external power sources). For the departure button, from all the guides I've seen, it appears that it's normal for it to be greyed out at this stage; if I manually enter the FROM airport, then departure is not greyed out anymore.
BoeingSpeedbird Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago All times, bar one, the departure button is working in the init page for me. On the one occasion that it failed, a reset of the sim worked. It seems like this is a possible Navigraph issue or a plane issue if it’s consistent.

I found another forum post for a user with a similar issue - they had mentioned that they tried using a VPN, but that still did not fix the issue - I tried using a VPN anyway, and that actually fixed it for me! Would still love to get some more insight on what might be the root cause for this, given that the OIS loads fine, and other planes, such as the Fenix, also load the entire plan with no issue. Also propagating an error instead of letting this failure just fail silently might help others debug this a lot faster. 1
