OIS "Enroute" tab map showing an error from OpenStreetMaps

I was flying from Seattle to Anchorage, but when I checked the Enroute tab for the map, the map had a popup that said, "access blocked". It has since been in every flight I have flown.

I have been experiencing the same problem since the past 3 or 4 days.   The popup appears on every flight.

Same here; popup appears on every flight. This is the message on the osm.com/Blocked website; 'If you have followed a hyperlink or URL to this page, you are using an application or webpage that we have blocked for violating OpenStreetMap's tile usage policy'
