A350 v1.2.1 Unable to download terrain data

I’m unable to download terrain data and update ma data from the EFT as picture attached.

Platform Xbox X.

Please support or give any feedback.

Terrain data has never worked or rather is simply not available on Xbox.

Strange because on A340-300 it’s working fine.

Yes indeed  , Terrain data works fine in a340, but not in a350.
