dectenor2 Posted February 5 Posted February 5 Please stop locking topics so we have to create new ones. I followed the steps outlined on a previous thread about the A350 not boarding the correct number of passengers when loading with GSX but it still does not match the number of passengers according to simbrief.
Kling92 Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Same problem for me. Simbrief imported a full pax number. Using GSX to refuel and board results in the correct amout of fuel but 20-30pax less than planned. Although the weights after boarding seems to be correct...

Yep I thought maybe it was some intended simulation of slight changes to passenger numbers. But it’s always fewer passengers, never more, and the ZFW is always still exactly the same as Simbrief. So it has to be a bug.
ClaasKrause Posted March 16 Posted March 16 I think this bug is still present. doesn´t me bother too much since I follow the strict order in which things have to go down with GSX. but yeah, the integration and interaction between the A350, GSX and simbrief could be more robust
IniJamir Posted March 16 Posted March 16 I'll ask the team about this one as I know GSX as well as what Simbrief has set for a pax weight value as well as what the aircraft defines as a single passenger can sometimes be different. For me I've always gone by the ZFW and Ramp Weight Values and ignored Pax Weights as they can vary.
