Unable to download update in Marketplace

Good morning, 

 

Unfortunately when trying to complete the update via Marketplace it is stays at 0% and was like this for the last 15 minutes. I did delete the associated files to this prior pt the update and thus yet it still will not update. Any suggestions?

Hello,

Do you have the plane selected currently in the Free Flight Screen, if you do then go back to free flight and select a different aircraft (A321 or whatever) and then come back to update the aircraft.

Hello Sir, 

 

 

No I have the Cessna 172 as the free flight aircraft. Right now the A340 is not installed at all. Please advise?

If you have the ability to, try uninstalling the A340 from the marketplace and then reinstalling if you haven't already, I saw you said you deleted the files, from the file explorer itself or using the uninstall function in sim?

That is correct Sir I did follow this accordingly and now it stays error failed to download
