inimanager cannot run/ be installed

Hi there

My inimanager cannot run since last Friday ，i tried multiple times it still not works，then i uninstalled it and try to reinstall，but it failed，the installer didnt run either.

Have you attempted to run the IniManager and the Installer itself in Administrative Mode. You can do so by right clicking the desktop icon and selecting "Run as Administrator"
