Can I isolate the EFB Tablet from the aircraft? I like to enter FMC data manually.

Sorry if I misunderstand what you are asking. When you ask to isolate the EFB, do you mean as to disable the EFB completely? Or are you asking if you can simply use the EFB for calculations, but then manually input the data from the EFB to the FMC alongside the routing/init data? If that is what you are asking then yes, you can choose to manually enter data into the MCDU without having to use the tablet.

Hi IniJamir, you are close to my concern. Yes, I want to remove the EFB Tablet so I can use the FMC to enter info required as normal. So, is it possible to setup my flight plan using only the FMC with the EFB Tablet removed?

I appreciate the clarification, whilst you are unable to directly remove the EFB from the aircraft, you are capable of entering all the information into the MCDU that is required for standard flight operations manually at any time without need of the EFB.

Thanks, I was trying to find a way to remove the EFB Tablet as I do with all PMDG, iFly and other aircrafts. I appreciate your efforts and support.
