How to remove the engine covers of inibuilds A350?

I can not find any button about the engine covers in the OIS, clicking the covers outside the aircraft doesn't work either.

There is a setting in the OIS for automatic remove of the covers. Alternatively you map a key in MSFS for "Quick Pre-Flight Control". I have mapped it to Shift+C, so the Pre-Flight control is performed automatically as soon as I enter the cockpit - and all covers are removed, not only the engine covers.

Could you please show me a picture or description how to find the setting in the OIS for automatic remove of the covers?
