Hello!

I got very weird TCAS advisory during cruise. As can be seen from the screenshot below, I got TCAS alert even though there is 6500 feet between me and other aircraft, and there is no possible conflict as both aircraft were heading almost opposite sides. And this was not the only one I got, I almost got TCAS alert every traffic flew under me, some of them were not even visible in the MFD due to huge altitude difference.

Also those green/red bars in the PFD was there for entire flight even after clear of conflict callout.

I've been having this same issue. For context if the devs look at this, I'm on MSFS 2024. I don't have native MSFS traffic on. I use traffic injection from either SayIntentions or BeyondATC. I have this issue using either SI or BATC. I have let SI know with a bug report, but it seems this may be a bug on the inibuilds side(I'm not a dev so this is just my assumption based off the evidence I have). If I change TCAS to TA only, the alert goes away, but I can change back to TA/RA and it's immediately back. It stays for the remainder of the flight even if I close SI or BATC. I too am getting the warnings even when there is no possible way any conflict could exist(i.e. other aircraft is 35-40nm in front of me heading either left or right of me and my direction of travel with a 2K+ feet difference in altitude.

Thank u for speaking truth.  Every 2 minutes the same issue over and over. Read the forums, do a search ask a friend. Feels better when you figure it out on your own. So tired of seeing posts “I can’t fly” “my plane goes up and then goes down”. Stop crying and be proactive

The above made me chuckle.

As for the erroneous TCAS error we have taken a deep look and suspect it's an external issue (we've seen reports of it happening in other addons.
Despite that, we continue to check when we see reports and investigate when it's consistent.

The issue is known, there are plenty of statements from the team. It does not help, if always the same people are opening new threads.

Providing bug information for the devs is always helpful, regardless of whether or not it's a known issue. What's not helpful is someone constantly being rude and belittling others on a forum for trying to solve problems. You have a bad habbit of doing that. Hope your day gets better.

I obviously did look at the forums. That's how I ended up here. So sorry I didn't dig deap enough to satisy your expectations. You too have a bad tendency of being rude to other users on here. Not a good look, especially when the other people are trying to fix a problem or help the devs with more info regarding a problem. Hope your day gets better too.

With the evidence I have, I do agree that the initial cause is outside addons, but I don't see how the TCAS warning staying on after those addons are closed could still be from the addons. Like I stated before, I'm no dev. So if I am wrong, I'd be interested in learning how the addon is causing the TCAS warning to be persistant. Could you point me to another forum thread if it's already been explained?

Just ignore that character, waste of time.

I only use Vatsim, GSX and airports that I take off and land, what are the suspicious add-ons? I don't think these addons will cause any problems as they are widely common.

And also, since this is the forum of the iniBuilds, I don't think there is anything wrong to report the problems here. Otherwise why would you have a special section for it, right? I am not sure what made you chuckle but really sick of the people like above who jumps between the topics and acts like forum moderator.

We are having unique problems and we will report them to let you know and hope for the solution.

That is the most nonsense comment I have ever read here in forum, even frank couldn't reach that level, so congratulations! You don't have to read all the topics, if you are tired, be proactive and look somewhere else, no one is expecting anything from you.

Yes, if it's new information. But why spread it across the whole forum? Developers have to search dozens of threads to collect information and get a complete view. Wouldn't it make more sense to have all the information in one thread? This is particularly important if the information comes from the same person.

Whether these threads make sense if there is no new information and it is always the same question is something you can decide for yourself. Every forum I know has the following rule: Use the search function before you start a new thread. There is a reason for this. What conclusions can be drawn about the reported bugs if the thread creators can't even follow the simplest rules?
