When I perform the loading process using GSX synchronization from the EFB, it first loads passengers, then the catering, and finally the fuel truck.

Instead of loading fuel, then catering, and finally passenger boarding,

I have the official GSX profile.

Yeah I just noticed this too.  Why would it call boarding / loading first....and then catering and refueling? Never seen an airline load the passengers and then open the doors to load catering!! 

Can we get this fixed in the next update please IniBuilds?

 

 

It's been a month and it hasn't been checked or serviced. The only solution is to manually manage the GSX system to perform fuel and other maintenance tasks. This doesn't happen with the A350.

Hello. We aware of this but can't quite figure out the issue as the code between 350/340 is identical and it works as expected in 340. 
We're continuing to investigate and hope to find a solution soon. Thanks!
