Invisible plane after update to v1.1.7

Dear inibuilds-team,

today I updated the A350 to the latest version 1.1.7 --> aircraft AND liveries.

However, the plane is invisible now.

I have uninstalled and re-installed both aircraft and liveries, no change. The plane is still invisible.

Please advise how to proceed on this issue.

Thanks and kind regards,

Alex

Hi, two things:

1) Please select either the Default or No Cabin variants. As mentioned in the NOTAM, support for the cabin packs is being deprecated in this update.

2) Please remove any conflicting addons from your community folder (zHUES core library is a common one). These will need to be updated by their creators for compatibility in 1.1.7

It was the HUES common library. Thank you!

1. I'm using FS2020, are there two variants? 🤔

2. I don't use the HUES core library... besides, the aircraft was running just fine before the update. So it's hard to imagine that any addon of the community folder causes a conflict.

UPDATE:

I did some testing again and it seems that only a few liveries are need to be updated again...

The liveries of Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines are working (the exterior model is showing), however, for example Lufthansa, Edelweiss, Swiss don't work.

Maybe you could look into it and update the liveries ;).

Thanks a lot in advance for your effort 🙂

Have you mention somewhere that what files need to be updated for 3rd party liveries?

What worked for me was just updating, there was a new version for the liveries that fixed it. But only for liveries from the IniManager. All the liveries on Flightsim.to dont work (probably, havent tested many)

Three days after update broke all the liveries and still no one from official to answer the question, GREAT.

Not an ini support, but just a livery creator/ordinary user here... Download the latest paint kit and replace the "model" files in liveries that does not work with the "model" files from that paint kit. Check the winglets, they may have changed UV mapping. My livery didn't have text on winglets, so I didn't track the UV mapping modifications.

Hi,

thanks for the reply.

You mean replace only these files from the paintkit right?image.thumb.png.701bdbe20777d7dbe627a752a8c363f1.png

Do I need to do something else, like work with Blender or is it just about replacing files?

Yes, replace only those files with the new ones from the paintkit and it should work as before update, exterior part should be visible.
