OIS not available on EFB

All of a sudden, I get the OIS not available message on the EFB.  I have reinstalled the A350 several times and the problem still exists. Is there a fix for this.

Hello,

Are you giving it 8 minutes to boot up? On default, it is set to 8 minutes as per the real-life counterpart. Once loaded up, you can change the boot up time to "instant"/"fast" or keep it at "realistic".

Why does it still take 8 minutes when I load my plan with a panel state of on GPU or On APU or even Ready for take off? 

Surley this 8 minute load time should only be applicable for a cold and dark aircraft start up state.
