I don't think that "INIT REQUEST" for importing the Flightplan from Simbrief should fill out "COST INDEX" and "CRZ ALT" fields.

On the A320 these are to be entered by the Pilot's.

According my knowledge it’s possible to uplink such data in A320 and A330/340. It’s airline policy what they uplink and what not.

I have no info what the majority of airlines is doing. Maybe ini can give us an option to select what to uplink and store it in the livery settings.
