solved GSX - Can’t read aircraft type

I have this error message on the EFB and GSX is not working correctly (equipment lined up at wrong positions). I tried downloading the backup profile and placed in the airplanes folder as indicated, but that did not help either.

Any suggestions?

 

EDIT: Reinstalled GSX and placed the backup config in the airplanes folder and now it works.

Thanks for the update. Yes need to ensure the files downloaded from the link below are placed in the correct directory. The final path should look like as follows:

%AppData%\Virtuali\Airplanes\inibuilds-a340\300\gsx.cfg
