Not sure about fuelling issues. But the whole GSX thing needs some work.

When you board with GSX it boards the wrong number of passengers.

So i am at parking gate..Then i call the refueling service..I go inside the OIS loadsheet to load fuel with the fuel truck on the position but I can't..{no fast and instant load}Can you check it?? It's maybe GSX something wrong.Thanks for your time..

How? Have you activated the GSX Integration in the A350?

In the OIS loadscheet you have to do nothing. GSX loads the amount of fuel out of the Simbrief flight plan and loads it into the plane. You just have to call GSX fuel service, via A350 or via GSX tool bar.

Im having an issue with the refuel as well. When i call for refuel, the truck comes, connects to the plane, but it does not load any fuel. It just sits there. When i click on the GSX menu, it show, "Refueling 0".....meaning, no fuel is loading.

 

I am up to date on everything and I am not using the Beta MSFS2024.

I have also deleted the WASM folder.

Your fuel tanks are empty? Simbrief flightplan contains the right amount of fuel to be filled in?

Same here with the fuel and I am also unable to load the aircraft via Set ZFW

try the EFB of fs24 to load your fuel...

It works via GSX and via OIS in the A350. It's maybe also working via Simulator EFB, but from convenience point of view definitely the last choice.

Related to this, is the "Load with GSX" button useful at all? Does it work reliably, and what's the expected behavior?
