It happened for the last 2 flights where the throttles wouldn't stay in LVR CLB in the cruise but just flickered back and forth. The next flight they just went to TOGA as I touched down, this time the AT was off.

I have had the exact same happening despite correct calibration on both of my two flights thus far. However, the problem always started when capturing approach, specifically when activating the approach phase, receiving lever asymmetry warnings from that point.

Please double-check you have no conflicting bindings on any of your peripherals (even mouse+keyboard). 
Please also ensure that no MSFS assistance options are enabled. 

Also, it may be worth going through our throttle-calibration guide one more time if you haven't already.
