A350 acting oddly - sometimes on takeoff, sometimes during cruise

After the last update, the A350 is acting oddly during cruise and takeoff. I am running MSFS2024-SU3.

Takeoff: The aircraft just refuses to increase speed. It indicates I should switch to CLB, but then it falls in speed, and height gain becomes very slow. Then the STALL warning occurs, and AP goes off.

Cruise: See the attached images. I am supposed to be climbing to cruise height of FL380, but the aircraft is just not doing it. The speed has dropped considerably, and the AP IS IN PROT message is displayed. Tried a variety of things, but to no avail.

Some help would be appreciated on a solution, or if it is indeed a bug. Logs attachd.

Well, first question: why are you setting the speed manually and are not in managed speed? And: you are too slow and set the speed manually even slower. Why?

But in order to evaluate the problem we need to see your settings and configurations, also in the beginning of the flight.

Frank. I tried everything. It actually happened when the speed was manged. I the. Tried setting the speed manually.
This is why I have attached the logs.
BTW not the first time I have flown this. Perhaps over 20 flights. Last 3 have given me the issues and I note that some others have also had similar issues. It’s the very latest update that has caused these for me.

I'm pretty sure nobody will download bin files and open them on his computer for security reasons. And with the current available information it is more or less impossible to analyze the issue. If you do not supply detailed information about your MCDU and plane settings, nothing will happen here.

Sorry Frank. Misunderstanding? The files are exactly as they were from the Inibuilds debug logs folder.

I attached them for Inibuilds people to see.

You will really download bin files somebody you have never seen before has uploaded into a forum? Be serious. 0 downloads after 2 days.

This is a user Forum, not an official support channel. Nobody will take a look into this files. I'm even not sure if the files contain the necessary information. Either you provide the data in a way everybody can read without downloading such files, or nothing will happen.

There is an "open climb" signal on your device, but the climb speed has not been set. you yourself have set the speed to 065, which exactly corresponds to the control configuration you have chosen, and you are surprised that it is decreasing))))). Turn off the "open climb" and you will switch to automatic maintenance of flight parameters.

In moments like this I usually take a break from sim frustration and clear my head with a quick game session on 1win login it helps reset before troubleshooting again.

Looks like you’re running into the classic AP in Prot situation that comes up when the A350 logic is forcing alpha protection, usually triggered because the aircraft is flying too close to stall speed relative to its weight and altitude. From what I’ve seen, this often isn’t about the AP failing, but about the climb profile itself: if the managed climb keeps you at too high a pitch for the current gross weight, the system basically prioritizes avoiding a stall over holding your climb. What helped me in similar cases was stepping the climb instead of trying to go straight to FL380, and manually monitoring speed so it doesn’t fall into that protection zone. It feels less like a bug and more like the FMGS being a little too rigid with heavy loads
