Hello. I recently decided to take a long flight and noticed a strange feature.

For some reason, the OEM is 89,993 kg, although in fact, based on open sources, the OEM is about 78,600 kg. The fuel capacity is 50,500 kg in the simulator, and the MTOW on the tablet is listed as 137,900 kg, but in reality, it is 141,000 kg. I would like to understand why there is such a difference and what causes it.

Hello,

We do not "simply ignore you".
Threads may be missed in the hundreds that are created every day. Regardless, apologies for the delay.
Looks like it is logged both on our end and Microsoft's end. Will check in with the team.

Thank you

So when will it get fixed? If we could have access to the aircraft files we could fix it in a text editor ourselves fairly quickly.

If you want to pass on how they can verify something is wrong, if you watch Live Gross Weight, any value in ZFW past 196496 does not matter, Live Gross Weight remains as 196494lbs and this is why OnAir and other career addons does not see the payload being beyond 43210lbs.

I tried creating a temp mod modifying the flight_model.cfg to make this work until someone can take 5 minutes to fix this but the payload value must be located elsewhere. You can follow my steps to reproduce this here. MSFS discord sdk discussion
