Flap sound still very low in 1.1.4

The flap sounds may be completely overhauled with the coming sound update but it seems the sounds are the same as the prior version on my setup. I also notice that I don't hear the curtain sound in the cabin so wondering if there may be something off with my install?

Have you messed around with the sound sliders in the options menu? 
We increased the sound again. Perhaps worth double checking if you're actually on 1.1.4 if you haven't already.

I'm not sure about this.   I flew the -900 last night and I reckon the flap sounds in cockpit were spot on.  Could clearly hear them extend and retract each stage. And, that's with headphones on for VATSIM, and all a/c sounds coming from speakers.
