VDGS Not Working at EGLL with Premium

I've downloaded EGLL Premium and added the Premium GSX profile but I cannot get the VDGS to work. Any suggestions? 
I've uninstalled and reinstalled both EGLL and GSX profile.

Could you give us some more information? Was this in 2020 or 2024? Which gate were you at? Did you select your parking gate through GSX? I've just hopped in to the sim and the VDGS is working for me, so this information would be good to know so we can narrow down the issue.

Good observation, it’s MSFS24 and I’m a newbie to it, being honest so please go easy on me here. 
I’ve just selected the gate on MSFS when in free flight .. ie  Departure EGLL Gate 503 and arrival EGPH Gate 6

use the EFB to import simbrief flight plan for ILS 

 

If I’m doing it all wrong, apologies. Just loving it currently and would like more features, such as VDGS.
