GSX problem

When I request the refueling truck from GSX, it drives up, but when I say "refuel like in Simbrief," nothing happens. It just stands there. And when I request boarding, a person gets on the plane, and nothing else happens. Anyone have any ideas? Would it help to downgrade GSX to an older version, and if so, which one? Thanks.

I did a flight today using GSX, and everything worked flawlessly: fuel, catering, cargo, boarding.

Are you sure, you did not sync the loadsheet before using GSX?

I only imported the sim letter, but didn't create a set. The weird thing is that only one person is boarded, and then no more.

If you use translation tools, you should correct the output.

I only did Simbrief import on the Loadsheet page. But I didn't set it.
