Propeller disk blur when rotating - brown/orange tint from side, and propeller front-facing stripes also showing from the back

When the engines are running the propeller blur has some odd orange/brown colouring when viewed from side angles, neither face of the propeller blades when still are this colour. 

Also, the propeller blade disks when viewed from behind the aircraft seem to duplicate the front 'striped tips' and they show from the back, when the propeller blade backs are not striped when still.
