ARPT NAV NOT AVAIL (NAVIGRAPH) - solution?

Hi everyone,

I've just installed the latest A350 version and updated the navigation data after logging into my Navigraph account via the EFB. However, right before pushback, I tried to open the airport map on the display and received the message: "ARPT NAV NOT AVAIL (NAVIGRAPH)".

What could be causing this issue, and what's the solution?

Have you linked your Navigraph account in the A350? Is the Navigraph subscription detected?

I’m having this issue as well, I feel like no one else is affected tho as I’m not seeing  anything

I get ARPT not avail on every single flight without exception. On Xbox 1.1.0

Hi there, for me it got solved by closing the sim and starting all over again. Then started to pull the information from Navigraph...

Hmm, that is weird. I have done around 30 flights with it, and i restart the sim (and Xbox) every time before a flight. And it has happened 30/30 times.

Oh I misread the OP. What I mean is that every airport 100% of the time is not avail when inputing flightplan.
