felipeturbay Posted July 15 Posted July 15 Hi everyone, I've just installed the latest A350 version and updated the navigation data after logging into my Navigraph account via the EFB. However, right before pushback, I tried to open the airport map on the display and received the message: "ARPT NAV NOT AVAIL (NAVIGRAPH)". What could be causing this issue, and what's the solution? Thanks for any help! 1
frank_m Posted July 15 Posted July 15 Have you linked your Navigraph account in the A350? Is the Navigraph subscription detected?

I have done around 30 flights with it, and i restart the sim (and Xbox) every time before a flight. And it has happened 30/30 times.
