iFlySimX Posted Sunday at 09:19 PM Posted Sunday at 09:19 PM Dear iniBuilds Team, I'm writing here in the hope that someone from the team will finally take notice. I've been experiencing serious issues with the A350 since day one, alongside some of your airports as well. Frankly, it's the worst-performing third-party aircraft I've flown in MSFS. I've reported multiple problems—both on Discord and the forums—but responses have been vague at best, usually just “we’ll forward this to the team,” with no meaningful follow-up. What’s especially frustrating is that getting any real support feels nearly impossible. You post on the forums—silence. You try Discord—same story. When someone from the team does respond, it’s the same generic line about forwarding it, and then nothing ever happens. It genuinely feels like we’re shouting into the void. Meanwhile, you continue pushing updates with new features—which I personally don’t care about—while performance keeps declining and new bugs are introduced. There’s very little sense that the real, day-to-day experience of users is being heard or prioritized. Sure, I understand that some users report acceptable performance, and that's great, but many of us clearly don’t. Just look at your own community feedback—this isn’t just me. No other aircraft in my sim causes this level of frustration. Almost every flight ends with some issue that prevents me from completing it. The A350 has real potential, but at this point, everything else around it feels mismanaged. I get that this is a business and money needs to be made, but your paying customers deserve better than being ignored. I've repeatedly offered to help troubleshoot and provide data, and still—nothing. I'm honestly reaching the end of my patience here. I just want the aircraft to be flyable and supported properly, like any other premium add-on. Not expecting much, but I hope someone takes notice... Clement - iFlySimX 1 3

Clement - iFlySimX Hello, Thank you for your feedback, I appropriate your frustrated and I do apologies if you are. Just to clear up one matter, when we forward onto the team, this does go straight to the development team and the decision makers via our channels of communicate. I personally report back from the community and the issues that need sorting and keep banging the drum if needed. If there is anything you need please do contact me. We do take matter very seriously and constantly trying to improve the product. Some of which are our issues and some are MSFS which we have to work with and the updates as they come along. I am sorry to hear you cannot complete a flight and I would like to know how best to help you because many user are completing flights, +19 hours etc. I assume you have done the steps for-mentioned in the community to ensure a smoother flight experience? Kindest, H
iFlySimX Posted Monday at 11:49 AM Author Posted Monday at 11:49 AM Hello, Thanks for the reply. I get that some users are able to complete long flights without issues—and honestly, I would expect that. But that doesn't negate the fact that many others are constantly struggling with problems. Just look at the number of unanswered threads on your Discord, the iniBuilds forums and the complaints from other forums. Please—seriously—take a look. They're full of users reporting stutters, VRAM issues, WASM crashes, and performance that's far worse than with any other third-party aircraft in MSFS. These aren't just occasional complaints—it’s a pattern that’s been ongoing since release. You say issues are being forwarded to the dev team, but we never hear anything back. There’s no follow-up, no transparency, and no sign that these reports are being taken seriously. Why are there so many posts on the forums going unanswered? And it's not like these are all recent either—some are weeks or even months old. Meanwhile, updates seem to focus on adding new features instead of fixing the core problems that make the aircraft borderline unusable. Yes, some updates mention "optimizations," but what exactly are they? I’m not seeing any improvements on my end. And yes—I’ve already gone through all the recommended steps posted in the community. At this point, it’s incredibly frustrating. I've tried a lot on my end—far more than I've ever had to do with any other aircraft. The support needs to be more responsive, and the product needs real stability fixes—not just new features. Again, I’m happy to provide data to help. But what this aircraft truly needs is a serious round of optimization—not another feature rollout. Feel free to contact me directly on Discord: iFlySimX Clement - iFlySimX 1

Feel free to contact me directly on Discord: iFlySimX Clement - iFlySimX Can only agree, there are tons of issues constantly reported on the forums and Discord server; VRAM, performance, feedback, HUD - and from iniBuilds? no communication and rarely acknowledgement. I've brought up communication issues months ago but they didn't really do anything. If I try getting support from direct support I just get completely ignored, and if they respond it's talking around the issue and unrelated. iniBuilds have a massive internal issue with testing, hence bugs keep appearing and it overlal is in a bad state. Especially on forums there are a lot of complaints about the quality of the HUD. 1
Lord Mashie Posted Monday at 12:32 PM Posted Monday at 12:32 PM (edited) Definitely agree. New features, while nice, are for nought when my VRAM is still getting destroyed and bugs keep persisting. The plane being too visually complex has got to be one of the reasons, surely. Why do we need an avionics bay that basically no one looks at? Does the cargo hold really need to be that detailed? I think some of us could do without having a peak under the engine cowling too. The PMDG 777 looks so basic compared to the ini A350 outside the cockpit and exterior, but I don't mind that when it pretty much never maxes out by VRAM and I consistently get like 20-30 more fps. Ronaldo Posted Monday at 02:23 PM Posted Monday at 02:23 PM Hello everyone. By the way, just to add to what iFlySimX already mentioned, in version 1.1.1, the two long flights I attempted ended midway with all the displays frozen, after I applied a step climb or direct heading (which is normal during flight). I was forced to close the simulator because the plane simply veered off course with "slight turns" to the left, even with the autopilot apparently engaged. One thing to note: I hadn't had any problems with this plane until this recently released version. In other words, they updated it to improve one thing, but it seems to have worsened another that NOW prevents me from completing the flight. I hope they fix this very soon.
Mohamedjunaid94 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago I agree completely, the A350 is beautiful yes, I’m very greatful we have a stunning plane to fly, but it’s impossible! I keep posting and asking for help and nothing from the team, I can’t help but think that this is a scam just like black box sim. No guidance on how to update, no working way to fly the plane without sim brief, their own add on manager doesn’t even work! I blame myself $70 wasted. PMDG are way better
MediocreGorilla Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago I can only agree with what has been said here. Being an ini customer since their very first aircraft, the A300 for X-Plane, I've since noticed a pattern that has remained consistent over the years. Products with the potential to be revolutionary for their time are being released, updates with new features incorporating some user feedback being rolled out and then it slowly turns into abandonware once other products follow. The A350 aswell as all other ini products have huge potential and are in no way low quality. What they lack though is polishing. Polishing is something that doesn't generate any short term revenue though. Product care generates good reputation and good reputation binds long term customers. Unfortunately it's totally understandable that you don't need those because you're a company with high volume contracts with Microsoft/Asobo and have an easily accessible audience. If I ran my company for the money, I'd probably do business the same way ini does. If I'm passionate about aviation and want to be a part of the flightsim community, I'd rather thrive for consistent product care and listen to my customers. And coincidentally that's the way each and every reputable flightsim dev pursues nowadays. You can't blame ini for what they do, they deliver what they sell - no more, no less. What you can do is reconsider spending your money on ini products if product care is something you value. I still have hopes that there's passionate people on their team and the A350 has a bright future, however I won't spend any more time and thoughts on it, as I've been fooled too many times before. 2

MrCyclone Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago For me the Xbox performance is very good!!! It's only that msfs2024 is not very good on Xbox. 1
IniSteve Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Hi all. Very much appreciate everyone who has taken the time to share their feedback. I’d like to provide some context on our perspective so that we can come to a shared understanding. As with any product release, sometimes things may not come out exactly as expected. While we are overall happy with the way this product has been received by the userbase we could tell within a short time that certain things needed a second look and took matters to ensure updates would be frequent and robust. We have stayed committed to addressing issues promptly and have consistently released updates to resolve major concerns, while also introducing new features based on our planned roadmap as well as user requests. Initially, we released updates on a weekly basis as well felt it was important to stay ahead of items we identified as pressing and with each of these updates, we addressed a variety of issues that have been reported by users. It’s not uncommon for feedback to include, “Stop releasing new features when existing issues persist.” While this critique is understandable, it overlooks the fact that we are continuously releasing fixes for issues alongside new features. From day one, our commitment has been to deliver both updates that resolve problems and those that introduce new things for you to enjoy. Now that we feel the aircraft has reached a more mature state our primary focus shifts to resolving key reported issues. When it comes to performance improvements, these are included with each update as well. Some updates may emphasize optimization more heavily, while others focus on general improvements. While it may be difficult to believe, we do see positive results for many users with each update. Despite that, we want to make it clear that we don't dismiss your concerns about performance on your machines. We understand how frustrating it can be, and we are continuously exploring additional optimization methods to improve the experience for everyone. However, it’s important to recognize that perfection across all machines may not be fully achievable, but we endeavour to get as close as possible. Lastly when one of us replies with “it's been forwarded this to the team,” that means your feedback has been received and passed directly to the relevant team. Typically, the titles of threads, whether on this forum or Discord, will reflect the change-log entries. For example, if you report that “the chair is 3 degrees off,” we try to make sure the change-log entry reflects that title. We aim to keep it simple and transparent so users can see if their specific issue has been addressed. However, if you would like more detailed updates or outreach, please let us know and we'll do our best to provide that. While we can’t directly follow-up on every individual change-log entry, we will do what's possible to keep the process transparent and open. Thank you. 1
