Front Taxi light?? Anti Collision lights?

Can we make the front taxi light a little brighter? Also the anti collision lights or strobes do not function.

Just to add, I am also getting no taxi light illumination on ground. Landing lights do illuminate, just no taxi light. 

Oddly I can now only upload 15kb?! maximum image sizes now, down from 1.7mb this morning and 6mb yesterday. Please excuse the low resized resolution.
