June 28, 2025Jun 28 Very happy to see the ULR version of the -900 released. Will you release the -1000 ULR version as well? This will be the plane for Qantas Project Sunrise.
June 29, 2025Jun 29 Well, the 35K ULR isn't an official brand product of Airbus yet, but it is just how Qantas calls their 35K modified versions, but I'd love to see that coming as well. Interestingly, you can achieve something similar by editing the flight_model.cfg in the community folder before 1.1.0, but after the update, as we know, the fuel quantity was changed to 274808 lbs, but at the same time fixed at 274808 lbs somehow, which mean cannot be overrided by editing the .cfg, therefore, sadly the above method is not achieveable anymore. June 30, 2025Jun 30 There is a Simbrief profile off flighsim.to for the A35K project sunrise. if you get the link or website in the post, you can import it to simbrief and use it. I used it over the weekend on an A35K flight I did, with no issues. I'm looking to find a SB profile for the new A359-ULR.

You can directly change the max fuel capacity by just editing the SimBrief profile? because every time I had a max fuel set in SiimBrief airframe that is over the original max fuel quantity (around 155000 litres / 274808 pounds), when i import it to the aircraft, the fuel shown in the EFB will still be 274808lbs, but the quantity in simbrief Before 1.1.0, I used to be able to edit the max fuel quantity by editing the numbers in the flight_model.cfg, but I found it's no longer working now, so i'd love to see a new way of editing the fuel quantity of the A35K Edited June 30, 2025Jun 30 by SoNy
June 30, 2025Jun 30 @SoNy Sorry, I have no idea. Again, I found the SB profile off flightsim.to, got it connected into my SB, so when I go and pick the A35K, and it asks for the profile, there is like DEFAULT, and a couple INIBUILDS ones, then the one from FS.TO -- A350-SUN or whatever. I choose that profile and went on flying. I didn't really dive any deeper into it. I think I flew like Chicago to YMML. But looking closer at the SB stuff, it looks like on that particular flight, it was 8459 NM, but it didn't take on the full 155,000 litres, more like 142,664. Sorry, not an expert on all the technical stuff that goes into flying and planning all these things.

I know the profile that you're talking about, but it seems like that's no longer available on FlightSim.to anymore, no results on searching it Anyway, I think I'll find some way to do that.
November 8, 2025Nov 8 Now this comes into the discussion... https://simpleflying.com/qantas-1st-airbus-a350-1000ulr-assembly-line-toulouse/ So, back to the original question. Will we get the A35K ULR from Inibuilds?

Will we get the A35K ULR from Inibuilds? Just a problem of time, i think the marketing name got printed on the newly assembled 35K does mean that the 1000ULR modification is officially recognised by Airbus itself The aircraft still need some time for certification, i am guessing that we will see it in the sim not before 2027 Edited November 8, 2025Nov 8 by SoNy
