Hi there!

I recently bought the A350 for MSFS 2020. Most of the times when I spawn into an airport(custom scenery and default), the plane spawns at a random position, sometimes in the airport buildings or in the grass. I also use GSX if this might help solving this problem. I will provide example Pictures. 

1) The first one shows the spawned plane. 

2) The second one shows gate F33/35 at Vienna, where i selected to spawn the plane.

3) The thrid one shows where it actually spawend(the custom position/benutzerdefiniert)

I have the same problem as well however I do not have GSX installed. I did a complete reinstall of the plane, but it did not work. Other addons like PMDG is completely fine.

Just to confirm for everyone having this issue and narrow down the reproduction conditions (because we still haven't had reproduction it at listed airports so far):

Please answer all of the below questions in a single post reply below:

• Which variant, 900 or 1000? or both?,
• Do you have GSX installed - Yes or No?

             -If yes, do you have GSX Setting - "Automated Reposition" enabled?,

• Which sim? (20/24 or both?),

i Have same problem with my a350-900 and 1000 version

 

On every etc. 10 flights i get 1 flight with right position

 

i tried with Automated reposition and without... always same problem exist... so i have no idea what could be wrong..

 

this problem im getting only with two latest updates of airplane. Before that it was all good ?

 

im using fs2020

Hi there! thanks for answering. I have this prroblöem with both version, i use 2020 with gsx and i have automatic repositioning on.

I have the same problem, spawning in anywhere when I have assigned a gate to it. The other thing is that I can spawn in but I get an A350 that is not all there (see below). I am experiencing this on 2020, but haven't tried it in 24. And yes I have GSX installed and up to date, like the A350. I am not sure of the GSX Setting as I am not at my rig. Here is what I mean when I show you that it's not all there.

Any ideas what’s going on with this? Can fly PMDG jets so no problem.

I tried the A350-900 and it was  ghost outside. Everything looked ok inside, just like the 1000, but there was nothing on the outside, at all, and it spawned into places I have no clue where it was.

I had luck with the A350, and had an update to GSX. I also deleted all the A350 files from the community folders on 2020 and 24. Didn’t touch the WASM folders and reinstalled from iniBuildmanager, both the 2020 an 24. The 900 variant went from nothing outside of the jet to it’s all there. The 1000 took another cycle where it spawned to anyplace it wanted to and just part of the airframe, shutting it down and it worked the second time. I’ll take it for a flight tomorrow and hope for a smooth ride.

So update GSX, delete community files pertaining to the A350, reinstall the A350 from the Inimanager and hope for the best. It worked for me, but I’ll know for sure tomorrow!

All screwed up, so much for my changes last night! But the A350-900 spawned in to the proper gate.

I’m really lost because I can’t spawn in normally, It was the 900 this time, and I tried today and it put me In bunch of trees miles away from Vancouver Airport. I tried Victoria Airport and nothing, but checking on the IniManager’s GSX profiles I saw Vancouver so I tried it. I also went to the GSX menu under Ground and there  was no Automated Depositioning Enabled, it wasn’t even listed. I gave up on the 1000, but noticed over the weekend that tne 900 was updated. I’ve tried reloading the files 3X and so far nothing but time spent and then to avail.

What am I missing because a couple weeks ago I flew the 1000 and all was fine?

Hello everyone,
I have the same problem.
First of all, I don't use GSX.
No matter the airport, the A350 spawns somewhere.
On or in buildings, far away from the selected parking position, never in the selected position.
uninstalling and reinstalling didn't improve the situation.
It would be nice if this could be fixed soon.

Another thing I noticed is that even if the aircraft 1/10 flight does happen to spawn at the correct place, when you use the GSX tug that lifts your nose wheel up in order to steer, the aircraft also moves forward by itself, and I’m assuming this is part of the Spawning issue as well. Don’t know if anyone else has the same?

 

Does anyone perhaps have any updates on this issue? Even a possible temporary solution would be helpful.

This is becoming ridiculous, when will this be resolved?

Is there any update on this at all? This bug is becoming really tiresome.

It is proving to be quite tricky of a fix. We are continuesly investigating why this is occuring. From what I understand, restarting the flight will resolve it.

After the last Update, it seems to be working as it should.

I tested different airports and stands, so it works fine. THX a lot.
