[KNOWN ISSUE] Unnable to use BTV or zoom the the range for taxi due to the airports map not displaying

Hello,

 

After the update whenever trying to zoom in the airport be it for taxi or during setup of the approach using BTV, the airpots map are not displaying on the ND although they are  are on the database.

Hello, I have the same issue too. Quite annoy but there are still more to come in updates too.

We believe this maybe a server issue. A quote below from one of our devs. 

"No that won't be it. And the issue is not airpot specific either as far as we can tell. Can happen with any airport really, just a matter of whether it reliably pulled the data or not for drawing at the time of original call.

Somewhere in that entire process from sending pull request, to being authenticated on navi servers and data being sent back tp the sim, then via sim's commbus back to user and then being rendered by A350 code there is a failure happening. We're working to determine where, though judging by intermittent nature of this its most likely during the networking bits however not a certainty."

Good to know it's being looked at. Origin airport seems to load fine in plan and ARC modes. Just doesn't seem to pull the data for the destination.

Mine appears to only be having an issue with EGLL. Every other airport so far has worked bar Heathrow

Just realised both of my last flights were to Heathrow and not showing. New flight to EGKK and ALT to EGCC and both are appearing fine. Just EGLL that has the issue for me so far.
