I don’t wish to use BTV for now, but I’d like to simply set simple auto-brake retardation (low or med).

Turning the auto-brake knob seems only to allow setting med auto-braking.

How can I set, for now, low, medium or max auto-brake?

 

Other than btv, I too can't set anything else except break medium...

Exactly, that’s what I’m asking. 
The FlightFactor A350 didn’t have BTV when I used it a few years ago but it certainly had “lo, med, & max” as you’d expect for Airbus types.
