1.0.9 bugs and improvements

Hello,

I would like to summarize a few bugs with 1.0.9.

1. I have prepared a flight from New York (KJFK) to Amsterdam (EHAM). I have updated navigraph cycle. But with two different try, I got AIRPORT NOT IN DATABASE error when I tried to import the flight plan. I also tried to enter them manually but neither KJFK nor EHAM could be entered to the MCDU. 
2. I got config pitch trim not in T.O Range warning, screenshot attached. As can be seen, it is adjusted very well as per the reference, I also tried to change it manually but no chance. Also before get this error, T.O Config item for take off checklist cannot be turned to green, it stayed blue. (Not happened on first flight, got it on second flight but it was another day, not turnaround)
3. After take off, I got a warning and ECAM action regarding to CG (ZFWCG was entered correctly and double checked with OIS data). Most probably this is related with the item 2. It calculates different values from what it shows.
4. Cabin announcements still cannot be heard from cockpit.
5. Autobrake Off callout is still missing.
6. Still no clunk sound while switching between Ground power and APU and vice versa.
7. Still no clunk sound when engine is turned off.
8. Still no auto ANF activation on touch down. 
9. I don't really mind this one but during cold and start operation, EGT1 shows >300 degC where EGT2 is around 10. Therefore have to wait for cooling during start up. 
10. No send button for PDC. Request can be transferred to mailbox but there is no send button therefore had to cancel it.

Improvements

1. Thanks for improving the EGT behaviour during engine start up, it was annoying to see the temp jump just before engines become available.
2. Sounds are much better, especially during taxi. But one weird noise during deceleration, during the approach and deceleration, noise level increases very quickly when the speed is approaching to ~250 knots.
3. Performance is better comparing with 1.0.8.
4. Handling the aircraft is very good - I am not mentioning about realism here as I am not real pilot but it is more fun in the sim like this in my opinion.
5. Thanks for adding the route to the enroute map.

I know a few of the items are already solved with 1.0.10 but what about the others, is there any plan for it? @iniBuilds
