Hello,

I recently purchased the Airbus A350, but I am experiencing a bug since the latest update. The airplane batteries and emergency batterys are displaying fault lights. I tried multiple solutions, including restarting Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, start and load the flight in a different mode (because I always start on APU), deleting and reinstalling the A350, but the issue. The bug occurs every time, even if spawn mid-air.

This is particularly frustrating as it is my final week of school exams, and I was forward flying my first long-haul flight next weekend. Now, I need to resolve this before the flight.

Has anyone else encountered this bug? If so, how were you able to fix it?

Pls someone awnser if you have an idea to fix it 😞 Screenshot2025-05-11224005.png.72eda298e9203aef0304d62de4e40a14.png

Hey, idk if you've solved this, but I experience the same issue, after the aircraft automatically paused before the T/D on an overnight long haul for a few hours.

I reinstalled the aircraft but the issue remained...

However, I was actually able to resolve the problem just now, after replacing all of the batteries under Utilities > Maintenance > Battery replacement on the EFB/OIS.

Hope this helps for you 🙂

Happy landings!

Same here, opened a ticket with support, will wait for them to respond.
Also uninstalled A350, reinstalled and NOTHING, still that battery fail...
Hope there will be a fix.

Cheers

Hello again.

I did what ARCHANGE11 suggested and it works.
Go to your tablet (left side screen) > Flt Ops Menu > than on the right side of the screen, click on Maintenance and then click on REPLACE ALL BATTERIES...(see images)
That will clear that problem.

Hope it helps.
Cheers

If nothing comes alive, start your sim at the runway. Then default the aircraft is alive and start the APU right away. Disconnect GSX ad change the battery'ss as mentioned above. Then the aircraft is flyable again.

This is a easy fix. BIGGEST issue is with the bravo quadrant, all was working perfectly well until the update, it changes the throttle inadvertently and you crash, did everything and NOTHING helps. Funny enough, any other Airbus works well.

You write to inbuilds and they tell you to send a video...really?
