K2rockall Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Hi, I am a MSFS2020 user and do not own MSFS2024, nor intend to for the time being. When I first purchased the A350, the aircraft loaded into the game and I flew it ok. I then updated it when the updates started dropping out and ever since that point very first update, not once I have been able to load the aircraft for a flight without a Crash to Desktop before 'ready to fly' is even reached. To say I'm deeply unhappy about this is an understatement. I have uninstalled completely and reinstalled. Still happens. I have uninstalled every single livery I've downloaded and tried to load one of the base liveries. Crash to Desktop. Tried a non-payware airport. Crash to desktop. Wish I'd never updated it now which is ridiculous to even think that. I'm sorry, but this is just so disappointing iniBuilds. Feels like the worst 75 bucks I've ever spent as the product is so unstable and completely unusable for me now. I saw that it worked when I first had it, and since updating never once loaded it. That's almost worse. Any help? Solutions only for MSFS2020 please.
Eddie Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Hello, I am very sorry to hear that you've been experiencing this. It's hard to pinpoint these issues because thousands do not have the issue you describe. Can you check "Event Viewer" if you're getting any crash error through there? See image: If its a WTF.DLL or CoherentUIGT.dll as the Faulting module in the crash, that is something to do with rendering engine memory+graphics drivers unfortunately as far as I've seen reported. Let me know. Thank you 🙂 EddieCommunity Manager IniBuilds Ltd. | inibuilds.com
K2rockall Posted April 25 Author Posted April 25 Hi, Please see the Event Viewer logs I can find for the time the sim crashed attached. Your help to interpret is appreciated. Thank you
richboy2307 Posted Tuesday at 10:18 AM Posted Tuesday at 10:18 AM Hi @K2rockall Unfortunately there is not much in the logs there, however judging by the Exception code: 0x80000003 in the first screenshot, perhaps you can try the solution suggested there: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/app-could-not-start-exception-code-0x80000003 This appears to be a general sim issue due to missing dependencies rather than something A350 specific per se. If you continue to have issues, I recommend reaching out to MS Support as well with your logs for suggestions. Thanks!
