baconsmuggler Posted Friday at 06:34 PM Posted Friday at 06:34 PM (edited) During departure when Wing A-Ice is selected ON ENG1 and ENG2 bleed faults are triggered. The BLEED page shows 0psi bleed pressure from both engines and both IP and HP valves are closed (XBLEED switch is set to AUTO): Switching off Wing anti-ice returns the bleed system to a normal state: Wing anti-ice can only be selected on when the xfeed valve is setting is changed from AUTO to CLOSE: This appears to be a bug since it is not necessary to close the xbleed valve for wing anti-ice to be available; It remains closed except for engine start, on ground and a few other situations. When both engines, packs and bleed systems are operating normally it's closed with the xbleed selector switch in the AUTO position. Edited Friday at 06:44 PM by baconsmuggler
turkintheus Posted Friday at 07:35 PM Posted Friday at 07:35 PM BTW, wing anti ice will cause bleed fault if you used on the ground afaik
