A350 Causing CTDs Mid Flight on MSFS 2024

Hello, 

Ever since I bought the a350 I have been experiencing crashes mid flight. I attempted 5 flights so far and all of them crashed mid flight. My system is solid, not using frame generation, and I never experienced a similar issue with other aircraft on msfs 2024. It is getting really frustrating as I haven't been able to complete any flight on the a350 on msfs 2024. I attached my crash log and I really appreciate if someone could figure out what is wrong here.

It’s been happening to me, too. Always when on or close to final approach. And my system is also more than enough for MSFS. Fly every other aircraft with no issues.

Indeed at my end too since 1.0.4. After beteren 3 to 4 hours into every flight msfs2024 and msfs 2020 CtD. Only with a350. With 320 and 777 no issues.

What about when you update to v1.05?

I am sorry to hear this, are these CTD or freezes to the systems?

I did. The issues persists since 1.0.4 but I have also encountered it in 1.0.5

Not in my case. complete CTD.

I need more time to test long haul.

Today I managed 7 hours without CtD. I left FSLTL off after I reinstalled it after a faulty update process in FSLTL FBW App. 

I report tomorrow after my next long haul.

I do have the latest update 1.0.5 and it’s a full CTD mid flight not a freeze. And yeah my system is powerful I never had issues with flight sim before. It’s only the a350 that’s doing this for me. I don’t even have over clocking in case anyone wondering

Do you use FSLTL? If yes, try a flight without to rule out that it maybe the cause

Not exactly, I use Beyond ATC which uses FSLTL models. But essentially, I am not using FSLTL injector.

I had issues with FSLTL Models....it's not the injector but probably the models.

I met with CTDs these days with FSLTL, and the game just crashed randomly

FSLTL sounds maybe the reason

No I am using Beyond ATC traffic injection which utilizes FSLTL models. Not VATSIM.

My situation almost like yours, but I met crashed once in approach, twice in climbing

The biggest problem now is I can't figure it out if inibuilds a350 caused the CTDs

 

I brought A350 last week, and till now I've only finished ONE flight

 

btw, msfs2024 UPDATED SU2 BETA today

Thing is I am not experiencing this with any airplane but the ini a350. If something like FSLTL is causing it this means the a350 is not compatible with some addons and this needs to be fixed.

Have you check the error code in Windows Event Listener?

This is definitely an issue with the A350.

Originally I stopped flying this aircraft in 24 because of stability issues. Went back to just using it in 2020 because I didn’t seem to have any issues there. Well after the last update without fail I get a CTD or even a complete reset on my computer 3/4 of the way through Every. Single. Flight…. I started keeping track after the 3rd time it did it. Definitely not a coincidence. It has crashed 12 times in a row now.

None of my other “taxing” addon aircraft give me ctd’s so I know it is the A350 causing it.

I've had 2 CTD's with latest update as well. Never had a ctd with any other add-on in 2024

Exactly what I see too. But i also CtD at climb and approach as well....but mostly mod flight between 3 and 4 hours 

Only when using the combination of a350 and fsltl models, regardless the injection method. 

Only using a350 without fsltl....no issues....pmdg with fsltl no issues. 

Combo a350 and fsltl....CtD every single flight. 

I have done 6 flights long haul only a350....no ctd....and 4 pmdg with fsltl long haul....also no issues....

It seems the combination and therefor i assume its a350 issue (TA RA, xpndr....TRaffic ID ad ND?.....as we had with 1.0.3?

So to add on the insights of a bunch of folks above, I wanted to share what happened with me yesterday, and this is really interesting! Before I explain, I got the latest version of the plane, msfs 2024 SU1, and BATC injection with FSLTL (before you say something wait and read lol). I attempted a flight from Doha to Heathrow, this time I managed to cover over 6 hours of flight and I crossed the English Channel and commenced my decent. I was on the decent making a left turn past the LAM transition towards intercepting the 27R ILS and all of a sudden boom…CTD. Since I had never managed to land the a350 ever since I purchased it I felt the urge to land it this time given that Inibuilds was kind enough to give us the autosave feature. I relaunched the sim, used autosave to spawn approx 10 mins before I CTD’d attempted to fulfill my dream of landing the Inibuilds a350, and guess what…CTD in the exact same location!!! You would think I gave up at this point right? No, given the feedback I collected from all of y’all I turned off BATC and FSLTL and decided to go for another attempt with no traffic injection at all, did the same steps, autosave, blah blah, AND CTD AGAIN, SAME LOCATION!!!!! So folks I officially gave up on the Inibuilds a350 and I won’t be returning to it anytime soon. I am not gonna cry and complain and ask for refunds, the only thing I ask and hope for is the Inibuilds team to seriously look at this mess and rectify these issues to provide us with value for money that we all expect with this product.

I am sorry to hear that you had the CTD, however what would be really helpful for us is if you could send us the details and we can try to replicate the CTD and fix it. Thank you.
