Ivan Pato Posted March 22 Posted March 22 After today's update the A 350 will not steer after landing. What is the fix?
LineDX Posted March 23 Posted March 23 You have to disconnect the AP I guess. In previous updates the moment you do Nose steering/rudder input AP would auto disconnect but not the case with new update. They need to look at it.
Transair Posted March 23 Posted March 23 (edited) I have intermittent issues when BTV or just Autobrake have been set for landing and then disconnect on brake application (as they should). But that is when I get intermittent steering issues. So I push autobrake button several times and somehow get steering back again. Maybe a bug to do with this I think! Edited March 23 by Transair
LorPan Posted March 23 Posted March 23 I’m having a similar issue since I’ve updated to 1.0.5. While on departure airports I can steer/turn the aircraft to taxi and take off, everything works fine. After I land, I can’t steer/turn anymore to taxi to the gate and park the aircraft. I have both rudder ctrl tiller and auto tiller disco on YES.
Sigi Posted yesterday at 08:08 AM Posted yesterday at 08:08 AM Same here ! Have you found a solution in the meantime?
LorPan Posted yesterday at 08:36 AM Posted yesterday at 08:36 AM Yes, you have to manually disconnect AP after you land. At least this solved my issue. For some reason, in the previous versions of the A350, the autopilot was disconnecting automatically after landing.
